Your account lives at app.filarity.com. The same login works on a phone, a tablet and the machine at your counter.
Trouble signing in
- Forgot your password?
- Use the reset link on the sign-in screen. The code goes to the phone number or email on the account.
- Staff cannot see a section?
- Sections are unlocked per role. The account owner can change a role's permissions under Settings, Team.
- Signing in on the counter machine?
- Open the app in any modern browser and install it to the home screen. One account works on every device at once.
